If the parcel has been damaged or lost, what should I do?

If Lost: The receiver did not receive the parcel within certain time frame or the receiver cannot obtain tracking information from PCA Express website, please notify the customer service ASAP.

If Damaged: Please check the parcel before sign the delivery notice. If the receiver found out the parcel was damaged in receiving, please do not receive the parcel, fill in the reason of rejection and take pictures of parcel, then contact customer service. If the receiver did not check the parcel, then find out the parcel was damaged, please contact the customer service. We encourage receivers to check parcels before sign; otherwise the result might disadvantage the clients.
